Our Recycled Materials
Carvico is the leader of high-quality fabric production that is 100% made in Italy. Vita is one of their sustainable techno-fabric, made of ECONYL® regenerated Nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial consumer waste otherwise polluting the Earth.

ECONYL® is a regenerated nylon produced by Aquafil. It comes from numerous sources like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescued from all over the world. As well as being a solution on waste, ECONYL® regenerated nylon is also better when it comes to climate change. It reduces the global warming impact of nylon by up to 90% compared with the material from oil.
ECONYL® is a widely recognized fabric yarn in the fashion world that has been used by several brands.
REPREVE® is a plastic-based fiber made from recycled waste, primarily plastic bottles. To date, the company has used 36 billion plastic bottles to manufacture its yarn.
REPREVE® is made with less carbon, using non-toxic products. It reduces global warming potential compared to conventional virgin polyester. It is used by many of the world's leading brands.
TopGreen® recycled filament is an outstanding environment-friendly fiber based on the material of recycled post-consumer PET bottles. It repurposes waste, reduces its reliance on petrochemicals, and prevents environmental pollution.
